METHOD

  • Place the asparagus, baby leeks, butternut and sweet corn onto a roasting tray. Skewer the mushrooms onto 4 kebab sticks.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle over the Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies, Hinds Spices Paprika and Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs.
  • Braai the butternut for 30 minutes over hot coals and the remaining vegetables for 10 minutes. Remove from the braai and squeeze over lemon juice.
  • Serve and enjoy.
