- 500g macaroni, cooked
- 50g butter
- 50g cake flour
- 600ml milk
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb
- 1 tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Paprika
- 200g grated cheddar cheese
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the milk slowly, whisking continuously until all the milk is incorporated. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring regularly.
- Mix in the Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb, Hinds Spices Paprika and season with salt.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni, pour into an oven-proof dish and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
