- 2 x 500g bags roasting vegetables
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) olive oil
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Hinds Spices Veggies, Roots & Beets
- 2 tsp (10ml) Hinds Spices Origanum
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 x 400g can
Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy - 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Toss the roasting veg into a large roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the Hinds Spices Veggies, Roots & Beets and Hinds Spices Origanum. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 45 minutes.
- Stir in the Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy and roast for a further 10 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish and garnish with rosemary.
