- 500g boerewors
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning
- 4 medium sized sweet potatoes
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Potato Spice
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 x 400g can
Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy - 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Mild and Spicy Curry Powder
METHOD
- Sprinkle Hinds Spices Southern Grill All In One Seasoning over the boerewors and set aside.
- Wrap each potato in heavy-duty foil, with some butter, Hinds Spices Potato Spice, and fresh rosemary. Set aside.
- Make a hot fire, and place the foil-wrapped potatoes onto the hot coals. Making sure to turn them every 5-10 minutes. Cook for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through. Braai the boerewors for 15-20 minutes. Place the Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy and Hinds Spices Mild & Spice Curry Powder into a small enamel pot and onto the braai grid.
- While the boerewors is cooking, heat through the chakalaka. Enjoy the chakalaka over the cooked boerewors and sweet potato.
