Crispy Parmesan and Cauliflower Bites

- 100g Hinds Southern Coating Breadcrumbs
- 1tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Veggies, Roots & Beets
- 1tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 500g cauliflower florets, cooked
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup (250ml) sunflower oil
- 100ml mayonnaise
- 1 tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Paprika
- 1 tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
- ½ Juice of a lemon
METHOD
- Mix together the Hinds Southern Coating Breadcrumbs, Hinds Spices Veggies, Roots & Beets, Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb and Parmesan.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat.
- Heat the oil in a shallow frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the cooked florets for 3 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Mix the mayonnaise, Hinds Spices Paprika, Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies and juice of ½ a lemon together. Pour into a dipping bowl and serve with the cauliflower bites.
