- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tsp thyme, finely chopped plus extra for garnish
- 1 tsp Hinds Steak and Chops Spice
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp Hinds Spices Pure Black Pepper
- 8 shoulder Lamb Chops
- 3 garlic cloves minced and divided
METHOD
- Place 3 tablespoons oil, rosemary, thyme, Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Spice, Hinds Spices Paprika, salt, Hinds Spices Pure Black Pepper and garlic in a small bowl and whisk together.
- Place lamb chops in a baking dish and drizzle with herb mixture.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes for a medium to well done result. Flip each chop around the 7 minutes mark.
