Hinds Southern Coating Cajun Crumbed Chicken Wings with Green Salad

- 8 chicken wings
- 1 egg, beaten
- 200g Hinds Southern Coating Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Paprika
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 200g lettuce leaves
- ¼ cucumber sliced
- ¼ red onion sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
METHOD
- Toss the chicken wings in beaten egg. Mix the Hinds Southern Coating Seasoned Breadcrumbs, Hinds Spices Paprika and Hinds Spices Cayenne Pepper.
- Coat the wings in the crumb mixture, add them back into the egg and recoat in the crumb mixture.
- Place the coated wings into an air fryer. Drizzle over olive oil and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Mix the salad ingredients together, top with olive oil and serve with the wings.
