INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Hinds Spices Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp goji berries (optional)
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp nut butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • honey for garnish

METHOD

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle over a little Hinds Spices Turmeric and drizzle with honey. Serve and enjoy immediately.
