INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g salmon trout portion
  • 1 tsp Hinds Spices Portuguese Spice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Wraps
  • ½ cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 5 g sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp Crispy onion
  • ½ a lemon

METHOD

  • STEP 1 : DO IN ADVANCE BEFORE LOAD-SHEDDING
    Rub the Hinds Spices Portuguese Spice over the salmon portion. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.  Fry the fish for 2 minutes skin side down, turn it over and fry for a further 2 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
  • Spread the cream cheese over the wraps, top with shredded lettuce, avocado and sprouts. Flake over the cooled salmon and top with crispy onions.
  • Squeeze over lemon, fold and enjoy.
