- 600g chicken breasts, cut into bite-sizes
- 200g Hinds Southern Coating Mild
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Parsley
- ½ cup(s) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Barbeque Spice
METHOD
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and roll in the Hinds Southern Coating Mild. Heat oil and deep-fry the meat at a medium heat until cooked. Make 2 dipping sauces by mixing the mayonnaise with the Hinds Parsley and the tomato sauce with the Hinds Barbeque Spice. Serve with celery sticks and baby carrots.
