Cinnamon Pepper Booster

Ingredients

 2 cups yoghurt
 250g / 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
 125g / 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
 1 banana, peeled and cut into bit sized pieces
 1 cup watermelon, peeled, deseeded & cut into bite sized pieces
 2 tsp Hinds Spices Cinnamon
 A pinch Hinds Spices Black Pepper, added to taste
 2 cups ice (optional)

Method

1 Add the yogurt, berries, banana, watermelon, Hinds Cinnamon & Hinds Black Pepper & ice (optional) to the blender. Blend until smooth. Thin with water or milk depending on how thick your yoghurt is.

2 Serve in glasses

Use crushed ice and milk, nut milk, rice milk or soy milk instead of yoghurt. If you would like to add more sweetness, add a drizzle of honey or golden syrup. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter for a twist on this pink berry smoothie.
