- 300g salmon trout portion
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Portuguese Spice
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Wraps
- ½ cup Cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 5g sprouts
- 1 Tbsp Crispy onion
- ½ a lemon
METHOD
- STEP 1 : DO IN ADVANCE BEFORE LOAD-SHEDDINGRub the Hinds Spices Portuguese Spice over the salmon portion. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the fish for 2 minutes skin side down, turn it over and fry for a further 2 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
- Spread the cream cheese over the wraps, top with shredded lettuce, avocado and sprouts. Flake over the cooled salmon and top with crispy onions.
- Squeeze over lemon, fold and enjoy.
