METHOD

  • Heat the bolognaise sauce, add the chickpeas, Hinds Spices Turmeric and Hinds Spices Paprika and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Steam the cabbage leaves for 2 minutes or until cooked.
  • Spoon the mince into the wraps and top with sour cream, feta, tomato and spring onion. Fold and enjoy.
