Savoury Mince and Sour Cream Cabbage Wraps

- 2 cups Bolognaise sauce
- ½ x 410g can
Rhodes Quality Chickpeas in Brine , drained - 2 tsp Hinds Spices Turmeric
- 2 tsp Hinds Spices Paprika
- 4 Outer cabbage leaves
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup Crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 2 Spring onions, sliced
METHOD
- Heat the bolognaise sauce, add the chickpeas, Hinds Spices Turmeric and Hinds Spices Paprika and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Steam the cabbage leaves for 2 minutes or until cooked.
- Spoon the mince into the wraps and top with sour cream, feta, tomato and spring onion. Fold and enjoy.
