INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cups yoghurt
  • 1 x 400g tinned coconut cream
  • 2 Juice of fresh oranges, added to taste
  • 2 cups pineapple, peeled & cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 coconut, remove the flesh & grate
  • 2 tsp Hinds Spices Turmeric
  • 2 cups ice optional

METHOD

  • Add the yogurt, coconut cream, orange juice, pineapple, grated fresh coconut, Hinds turmeric & ice (optional) to the blender. Blend until smooth. Thin with water or milk depending on how thick your yoghurt is.
  • Serve in glasses

Chef’s Tip

  • Don’t have access to fresh coconut? Use desiccated coconut in the smoothie. Use crushed ice and / or milk, nut milk, rice milk or soy milk instead of yoghurt. If you would like to add more sweetness, add a drizzle of honey or golden syrup.
