- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 Small apple, grated
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Cinnamon
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 litre Rooibos Kombucha
- Rosemary for garnish
METHOD
- Place the apple juice, grated apple, Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger. Hinds Spices cinnamon and cinnamon sticks into a saucepan, simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the honey and set aside to cool.
- Mix the mixture with kombucha. Pour over ice and serve garnished with rosemary.
