  • Heat oil in a large frying pan, fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes,add the Hinds Spices Paprika, the Hinds Spices Cayenne Pepper and Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste and fry for a further minute. Add the Rhodes Quality Butter Beans, tomatoes, and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes.
  • Set aside to cool. Place half the bean mixture into a food processor and process until smooth. Fold the smooth mixture into the remaining bean mix and mix well. Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
