- 8 small tortillas
- 125ml cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Tenderised Beef steak  (cut into strips)
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Southern Grill All-In-One Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Fresh Rosemary
- Fresh Parsley
- â…“ cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
METHOD
- Start off by placing a medium sized pan on medium heat and pour cooking oil over the pan.
- When the oil is hot enough, slide each small tortilla into the pan and fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Using a tong, flip and fold the tortilla in half, bending it into the taco shell, and fry the other sides as well until crispy and golden brown. Do the same with the rest of the tortillas.
- Place the taco shells on a paper towel and sprinkle over some salt immediately to add flavour.
- Using the same pan, stir fry the beef strips and season with Hinds Spices Southern Grill. Add butter, garlic and rosemary.
- When the butter has melted, baste the strips  with butter and let it cook for 5 minutes or until browned, tender and juicy.
- Mix cheddar cheese and mozzarella in one bowl. Fill your taco shells with cheese first, then beef strips followed by a teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce.
- Add cheese and melt the tacos in the oven for 1 minute (having two layers of cheese helps the filling to stick together).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
