  • Skewer the steak, mushrooms, green pepper, and onion onto a kebab stick, and repeat the process until the stick is full.
  • Sprinkle over Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning and brush with garlic butter. Braai over hot coals for 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting after each turn.
  • Serve with a green salad and potato wedges.
