Rump Steak Sosaties with Garlic Butter

- 500 g rump steak, cubed
- 250 g button mushrooms, halved
- 1 green pepper, cubed
- 2 red onions, cubed
- 2 Tbsp Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning
- 100 ml butter
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
METHOD
- Skewer the steak, mushrooms, green pepper, and onion onto a kebab stick, and repeat the process until the stick is full.
- Sprinkle over Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning and brush with garlic butter. Braai over hot coals for 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting after each turn.
- Serve with a green salad and potato wedges.
