Spiced Cabbage Topped with Roasted Sesame Seeds and Chilli Crunch

- ½ white cabbage head
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Hinds Spices Cabbage Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) olive oil
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) sesame seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
METHOD
- Thinly slice the cabbage. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the cabbage and Hinds Spices Cabbage Seasoning. Fry until cooked through.
- Remove the cabbage. Add the sesame seeds and Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies to the pan and fry for a minute.
- Add the cabbage back to the frying pan and toss well.
- Serve warm.
