BBQ Chicken Salad Topped with Smokey Salad Dressing Mix

- 3 chicken breasts
- 50ml BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) sunflower oil
- 100g baby salad leaves
- 10g Hinds Spices Smokey Salad Dressing Mix
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) plain yoghurt
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) buttermilk
METHOD
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Toss with BBQ sauce.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Place the Hinds Spices Smokey Salad Dressing Mix, plain yoghurt and buttermilk into a jar and shake well.
- Place the baby leaves and chicken into a bowl or tasting cups. Pour over the salad dressing and toss.
