- 3 cups Bolognaise sauce
- 2 tsp Hinds Spices Chicken Spice
- 2 tsp Hinds Spices Parsley
- 250g pasta shells, cooked as per packet instructions
- 30g butter
- 30g flour
- 2½ cups milk
- 1 Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
- Salt for seasoning
- For seasoning Hinds Spices Pure White Pepper
METHOD
- Heat the bolognaise sauce and add the chicken spice and parsley and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Mix in the cooked pasta shells and spoon the mixture into a large oven dish.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Melt the butter in a medium sized saucepan, over a low heat. Stir in the flour and fry for 2 minutes. Slowly add the milk, whisking the mixture continuously until all the milk is added. Keep whisking until it comes to the boil. Add half the cheese, Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs and season with salt and Hinds Spices Pure White Pepper.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and sprinkle over extra cheese.
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until heated through and golden brown on top.
