- 300g of boerewors
- 1 x 400g
TODAY® Original Puff Pastry , thawed - 150g Mozzarella, grated
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Spice
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Southern Grill All-in-One Seasoning
- ½ Tbsp Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
- 50g melted butter
METHOD
- Make a braai with charcoal.
- Heat the oil in frying pan and fry the boerewors for 5 minutes on each side over a medium heat.
- Set aside and slice into thin slices.
- Unroll the TODAY® Original Puff Pastry and top half of one side with grated mozzarella, boerewors slices and tomato slices, leaving an edge open. Sprinkle over the Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Spice, Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning and Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs, and top with the other half of the puff pastry. Brush the edges with water and fold over to seal.
- Brush with butter and braai for 15 minutes, turning the grid every few minutes
- Remove from the braai and cut into 4 squares and serve.
