- 250g baby leeks
- 200g tender stem broccoli
- 2 sweetcorns
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Potato Spice
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Pepper for seasoning
METHOD
- Rinse the vegetables and toss together with Hinds Spices Potato Spice, Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Make a hot fire, and over medium coals braai the vegetables for 10-15 minutes until nicely charred and cooked through. Serve and enjoy hot.
