- 3 Large potatoes
- Salt for seasoning
- 100g small broccoli florets, cooked
- 200g streaky bacon
- 50g grated mozzarella
- 50g grated cheddar
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Parsley
- 4 Tbsp Caesar dressing
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Wash and season the potatoes with salt and place onto a baking tray. Bake for 45 – 60 minutes, until cooked through.
- Cut a criss-cross into each potato and fill with broccoli, crispy bacon and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Serve garnished with Hinds Spices Parsley and drizzle over the Caesar dressing.
