- 200g Tender stem broccoli
- 2 Sweetcorns
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
- Saltflakes for seasoning
Dip
- 4 Tbsp Double thick yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Hinds Spices Paprika
- 1 tsp
Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste
METHOD
- Heat a griddle pan over a high heat. Drizzle the broccoli and corn with olive oil and grill the broccoli for 5 minutes and corn for 8 minutes, turning regularly.Remove from the griddle and sprinkle over the Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies.
