INGREDIENTS

Dip

  • 4 Tbsp Double thick yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Hinds Spices Paprika
  • 1 tsp Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste

METHOD

  • Heat a griddle pan over a high heat. Drizzle the broccoli and corn with olive oil and grill the broccoli for 5 minutes and corn for 8 minutes, turning regularly.Remove from the griddle and sprinkle over the Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies.
  • Mix together the dip ingredients and serve with the charred vegetables.
