INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 100g Hinds Southern Coating Mild
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 180ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) soy sauce
  • 6 Tbsp (90 ml) honey
  • 6 Tbsp (90 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) toasted sesame seeds
  • 250g cooked egg noodles
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • A few sprigs fresh coriander

METHOD

  • Dip the chicken breast cubes into beaten egg and coat in Hinds Southern Coating Mild. Place into an air fryer and drizzle over olive oil. Cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Place the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Coat the chicken in the sauce and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
  • Serve on top of egg noodles, sprinkled with spring onion and fresh coriander.
