- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger
- 125ml water
- 2 L Sprite or lemonade
To serve with
- Ice
- Slices of lemon
- Fresh mint
METHOD
- In a large bowl or jug (3 L capacity) combine the Hinds Ground Ginger with water, mix well.
- Slowly add the Sprite, 1 cup at a time, waiting for the foam to flatten each time before adding more.
- Serve chilled in glasses with ice, lemon and fresh mint.
Chef's Tip
- If you add the Sprite all at once, it will fizz over and make a mess.
