- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp goji berries (optional)
- ¼ cup oats
- 2 Tbsp nut butter
- ½ cup milk
- honey for garnish
METHOD
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle over a little Hinds Spices Turmeric and drizzle with honey. Serve and enjoy immediately.
