- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup(s) fresh coriander
- ½ cup(s) fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 green chili, deseeded
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning
- 4 x 250-300g sirloin steaks
METHOD
- Place the olive oil, coriander, parsley, chili, garlic and Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning into a food processer and blitz. The chimichurri should be a textured consistency. Pour over the steaks and marinade for 1 hour.
- Braai or grill the steaks for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare. Serve with grilled sweetcorn and a green salad.
