- 10g Hinds Spices French Style Salad Dressing Mix
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) yoghurt
- 4 tsp (20ml) olive oil
- 1 head cos lettuce, cut into chunks
- 3 eggs, boiled and peeled, cut into quarters
- 30g Parmesan shavings
- 50g salad croutons
METHOD
- Place the Hinds Spices French Style Salad Dressing Mix, yoghurt and olive oil into a jar and shake well. Set aside.
- Place the cos lettuce, eggs, shaved parmesan and croutons into tasting cups or a big salad bowl and drizzle over salad dressing.
