  • Dip the chicken pieces in egg then roll in the coating. Heat oil in a pot and deep-fry on a medium heat until cooked. Prepare the mash by combining the cooked potatoes, Hinds Potato Spice, Hinds Mixed Herbs and butter. Serve with Bisto Chicken Gravy, peas, broccoli and green beans.
