INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fusilli pasta, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 feta cheese rounds, crumbled
  • ½ cup Hinds Spices Parsley
  • ½ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

Dressing:

METHOD

  • Make the dressing by mixing the Hinds Spices Greek Salad Dressing Mix, olive oil and vinegar in a jar. Shake to mix well.
  • Transfer half of the dressing to a large bowl and reserve the remaining for serving.
  • Add in the cooked pasta, garlic, cucumber, onion, olives, feta and herbs to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
  • When ready to serve, stir in the reserved dressing.
