- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- ½kg chicken livers
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning
- 2 tsp Hinds Spices Medium Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Turmeric
- 1 whole cabbage, sliced
METHOD
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and green pepper for 5 minutes until softened. Add the livers and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, Hinds Spices Southern Grill, Hinds Spices Medium Curry Powder and Hinds Spices Turmeric, and cook for a further 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding a little water, if necessary, to prevent sticking. Add the cabbage and cook for 5-10 minutes or until softened. Season to taste and serve hot.
