- ½kg Lean mince- beef, lamb or a mixture
- 1 Small onion, grated
- 50ml Fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 Clove garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Spice
- 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp Chutney
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 50ml Oats, to combine
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil for frying
METHOD
- Mix together all the ingredients and knead for 5 minutes. Shape into balls and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, and fry for 5 minutes until golden in colour and cooked through.
