INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups yoghurt
  • 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup(s) raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into bit sized pieces
  • 1 cup(s) watermelon, peeled, deseeded & cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tsp Hinds Spices Cinnamon
  • tsp for taste of Hinds Spices Black Pepper
  • 2 cups ice optional

METHOD

  • Add the yogurt, berries, banana, watermelon, Hinds Cinnamon & Hinds Black Pepper & ice (optional) to the blender. Blend until smooth. Thin with water or milk depending on how thick your yoghurt is.
  • Serve in glasses

Chef’s Tip

  • Use crushed ice and milk, nut milk, rice milk or soy milk instead of yoghurt. If you would like to add more sweetness, add a drizzle of honey or golden syrup. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter for a twist on this pink berry smoothie.
