METHOD

  • Heat the oil over a medium heat in a small saucepan. Sauté the onion for 5 minutes, add the Hinds Spices Paprika and Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies and fry for a minute.
  • Add the Rhodes Quality Chopped & Peeled Tomatoes and water and simmer gently for 15 minutes, until reduced and thickened. Set aside.
