- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- ½ Red onion, finely diced
- ½ tsp Hinds Spices Paprika
- ½ tsp Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
- 1 x 410g can
Rhodes Quality Chopped & Peeled Tomatoes - ½ cup Water
METHOD
- Heat the oil over a medium heat in a small saucepan. Sauté the onion for 5 minutes, add the Hinds Spices Paprika and Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies and fry for a minute.
- Add the Rhodes Quality Chopped & Peeled Tomatoes and water and simmer gently for 15 minutes, until reduced and thickened. Set aside.
