- 12 cups milk
- ½ tsp Hinds Spices Turmeric
- A pinch of Hinds Spices Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger
- A pinch of Hinds Spices Pure Black Pepper
- 2 tsp honey
METHOD
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk, Hinds Spices Turmeric, Hinds Spices Cinnamon, Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger and Hinds Spices Pure Black Pepper.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the honey.
- Strain the liquid and divide the turmeric milk into two mugs, top with a dusting of cinnamon.
