- 8 asparagus spears
- 200g baby leeks
- 1 butternut, halved and pips removed
- 500g mixed brown and white mushrooms
- 2 sweet corns
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Crushed Chilies
- 2 tsp Hinds Spices Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
- 1 lemon, halved
METHOD
- Place the asparagus, baby leeks, butternut and sweet corn onto a roasting tray. Skewer the mushrooms onto 4 kebab sticks.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle over the Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies, Hinds Spices Paprika and Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs.
- Braai the butternut for 30 minutes over hot coals and the remaining vegetables for 10 minutes. Remove from the braai and squeeze over lemon juice.
- Serve and enjoy.
